There aren’t many mutants who can boast that they can defeat Wolverine by effectively rendering his healing factor totally useless, but one extreme ‘90s X-Men member is one of those mutants.
James “Logan” Howlett aka Wolverine was born with a number of mutant abilities including heightened, animalistic senses, retractable claws that extend from his knuckles, and a healing factor–and while the claws may seem like the most useful aspect of his mutation in terms of battle scenarios, it’s his healing factor that stands above the other powers.

Flesh is nothing compared to Holocaust’s armor, and the strength of Wolverine's adamantium would even have to be called into question in this regard.
