is one of the most twisted, demented shows on TV. After all, the finale of the first season featured a sequence in which two middle-aged women had a heart-to-heart about pain and healing while using an electric carving knife to dismember a body. What is surprising is that a show about teenage cannibals can be so dark and yet so funny.
A quick recap: in 1996, a plane taking a football team of 17-year-olds to a national tournament came down in a remote northern wilderness, with subsequent events playing out like a frightening mix.
