Brodie MacGregor, 23, was discovered at a property on Elmvale Court in the Springburn area of the city at around 10.15am on Monday.
A young mum who was found dead in a Glasgow flat was brutally trolled by sick bullies before she was murdered.
In one message Brodie was labelled "a rat b*****d" while in another, another girl who was replying to a selfie said "how is she allowed to walk out the door like that?" In another cruel Facebook post Brodie was called an "ugly wee tart" while another comment saw her being called a "spooky b***h". Courtney Sneddon added: “I always saw people bullying her. So sad to see this has happened to her, nobody deserves that! Rip Brodie. Thoughts are with your son and family during this horrible time.”
No arrests have yet been made and an increased police presence will continue in the area while the murder probe is carried out. Police are continuing to appeal for information and they are asking anyone who saw anything to get in touch. "Police Scotland can be contacted via 101, quoting reference number 0879 of August 26, 2024. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained."
