We had to make the call,” Posen. “My partners and I tried everything possible within our means to find solutions to keep it going.
The designer’s talent for glamorous silhouettes, clean lines, and couture construction made him a red-carpet staple among movie stars and socialites. He’s dressed everyone from Michelle Obama to Rihanna in his nearly twenty years of business, and through his partnership with GE, Posen experimented with innovative construction methods through 3d printing and fiberoptic fabrics.
