Why the latest restaurant from the Daisy Green collection, Ziggy Green (inspired by David Bowie), should be your next bottomless brunch booking.
It feels like a new ‘it’ restaurant is cropping up in the capital every week, flinging open their stylish doors and taking over our Instagram feeds in the same breath. Which is all well and good , but the problem? By the time you've hit the ‘save’ button, you'll have to wait until summer 2025 for a reservation – or join a walk-in queue that stretches from Mayfair to Mile End.
Elsewhere on the menu, dishes are Australian-inspired and cooked over fire: juicy chargrilled Australian banana prawns; flavour-packed rack of lamb with black garlic and cocoa purée; and cauliflower steak with caramelised cauliflower purée, cacao vinaigrette and labne. And of course, there's a pretty stellar brunch menu too.
