Ahsoka star Rosario Dawson discusses the dynamic between Ahsoka, Sabine Wren, and Hera Syndulla in the new series. Ahsoka will explore how these characters have grown since their last appearances, with Ahsoka's hard-earned wisdom shown in The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett.
They've gone through a lot, and I think it's worn them down in a lot of ways. They're true believers, so they've really kept vigilance. And thank God that they have, because as you can see, Thrawn is still very much alive even though people think that he is not. I think that it is pretty powerful to see [Sabine and Ahsoka’s] relationship, as well as their General Hera Syndulla. It's the history that they have and the trust that they have with each other, and being able to count on each other now that they've got something overwhelming to strategize against. I think it's really nice to see how these folks come back together again, and what that means for them to do so.
