Amanda Staveley and Mehrdad Ghodoussi have stepped down from Newcastle United as they’ve done their expected jobs., Pete O’Rourke suggested Saudia Arabia’s PiF will have bought out the husband and wife duo at a “healthy price” and will continue to plough huge investment into the club.
PIF now owns 85 per cent of the north east giants, and Staveley and Ghodoussi are standing down from all of their club positions at the same time.
