A man gave Siobhan Bon's daughter, Indie, £100 after learning the Barnsley nine-year-old has cancer.
Nine-year-old Indie and mum Siobhan were shopping in Meadhowhall when the man struck up a conversation with them
Realising Indie was undergoing cancer treatment, as his son once was, he gave Ms Bon £100 as a gift for her daughter. In an emotional conversation with Ms Bon, who is a nurse, the man revealed his son had also been treated for cancer and was now 10 years in remission."Both me and him were absolutely bawling in the middle of the store," she added."Obviously people will come up and say, 'hope your daughter is OK', the usual, or just stare at us, to be honest.
