The council is in charge of entertainment licensing matters
Belfast City Council has issued a statement following a controversial X-rated event held at a bar in Belfast.
Belfast City Council, which is in charge of entertainment licensing matters, says it is investigating the event. In a statement, a spokesperson for the council said: "Council is currently investigating the event at the Devenish Bar over the weekend. As this is subject to an ongoing investigation, it would not be appropriate to comment further at this time."
John told the BBC's Nolan Show: "I think this has been blown up a lot more over here because people are not quite used to what our show is. We are a fully nude male review show.
