Michael Mosley has been missing since Wednesday on the Greek island of Symi
Agia Marina bar manager Ilias Tsavaris, 38, first saw the body alongside journalists after the island's mayor "saw something" by the fence of the bar and alerted staff. Meanwhile, Author, TV writer and former doctor Adam Kay said it was "desperately sad" to hear a body has been found. "My thoughts with his family - may his memory be a blessing," Kay wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
Academic and broadcaster Alice Roberts shared three pictures on social media with Michael Mosley, with whom she first worked with on her 2009 TV series Human Journey, after reports a body had been found during the search for the missing doctor on a Greek island. Prof Roberts wrote: "The fragility of life is so shocking. "I've known Michael Mosley for many years - as a tv producer specialising in science and medicine. He was the executive producer of my 2009 series Human Journey.
