Such is the case with the United States Postal Service and the production of their first feature film, “Dear Santa”.
“What could we do to tell a story of what people do across the country that ties to postal service, its customers, those that adopt and give, and those that receive” said Karpenko in his discussion with Brand Storytelling Director Rick Parkhill. A story centered around the holiday magic of Operation Santa became the answer.
