The Capitol Region Water confirmed that, as of October 23, it is temporarily pumping treating water from the Susquehanna River, its backup drinking water source

In a release, the company confirms that this short-term practice will last approximately 14 days as part of an industry best practice.

Capital Region Water will transition back to its primary source, DeHart Reservoir, on November 6, 2023.issued by Pennsylvania American Water.
