Middle Eastern-inspired roast dinners are back!
A popular Manchester restaurant has announced that its beloved roasts will be returning to the menu this week - and they’ll be free until they’re gone this Sunday.
The Lincoln Square venue’s take on the British staple features classic Yorkshire puddings and roast veggies partnered with crispy fenugreek potatoes and butternut squash tershi - a classic spiced dip found on dining tables across Libya. When it comes to the main offering, diners can choose from lemon, za’atar and saffron spiced chicken, roast beef sirloin or a spiced chickpea nut roast - which are served with gooey cauli cheese and, of course, unlimited gravy.
For those unable to head down on Sunday, Maray will be serving the roasts each week and they’ll be available starting from £19 per person. The restaurant takes its inspiration from the Parisian arrondissement of Le Marais - a neighbourhood renowned for its bustling charm and Middle Eastern cuisine.
