Detectives investigating the 32-year-old's death are currently questioning a 46-year-old man who was arrested in the South Belfast area on Friday.
Natalie, who was 15 weeks pregnant, was murdered in her home in the Silverwood Green area of Lurgan on what detectives believe to be Sunday, December 18.Crimestoppers has offered a reward of up to £20,000 for anonymous information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for her murder.
A spokesperson for the Police Service of Northern Ireland said: "Detectives investigating the murder of Natalie McNally in Lurgan on 18 December 2022 have today, 13 January, arrested a 46-year-old man in the south Belfast area.Detectives continue to appeal for anyone with information relating to Natalie's death to contact them on 101.
