Mum slams easyJet after being 'abandoned' by airline at Spanish airport
A mother has expressed her outrage at easyJet claiming she and her disabled daughter were 'abandoned' at a Spanish airport by the airline.
Upon reaching their hotel, they successfully checked in, prompting Kerry to dismiss the email as an error. However, upon their intended return at Alicante airport, Kerry faced the shock that their booking was non-existent, leaving them adrift without any assistance from the airline, reports the Manchester Evening News.
Since returning home, Kerry has received a refund from Easyjet, but not before she had to borrow money to manage her expenses. She expressed her frustration at the lack of clear communication from Easyjet about why they were left stranded, saying it has been 'impossible' to get any straight answer.
