The family are adjusting to doubling in size
Parents from Arnold who were left "shocked" after learning they were expecting triplets are now thrilled to have welcomed their three little girls into their home. Christina Barlett, 39, and her husband Nick, 43, naturally conceived triplets, which is reportedly very rare.
Christina, of Arnold, had a C-section on Friday, July 28, and all three babies were born healthy. Charlotte, Florence and Lilly remained in hospital for a few weeks but were able to go home with their parents and big sister Olivia, aged two, on Tuesday, August 29.Christina said: "They will be six weeks old on Thursday. We are all doing alright, a little tired but fine. Lilly was the smallest and she only weighed 2lbs 6oz.
, and have already managed a trip out to the park and to the supermarket. Due to the size of the pram for three babies, getting out and about can understandably be a challenge. Speaking about her elder daughter Olivia, Christina added: "She's loving them [her new siblings]. She loves to cuddle them." The family are grateful to their family and friends for their support.
