Telling us exactly what it is that makes their kebabs the best of the best after last year’s win, Elliott Summers, social media and marketing manager for the King Street shop, said: “It’s all about freshness and high-quality ingredients for us.“For the meat, they layer and marinate it deeply for a couple of days before putting it up.
“It takes around two hours to actually make the shawarma which they built up into a massive tower and then cut into shape.Share
