Passengers were left 'exhausted' and 'confused'
A Glasgow MSP has condemned easyJet for "abandoning" passengers during a nine-hour delay in flight from Italy to Scotland.
Easyjet has since said the aircraft bound for Edinburgh had suffered a technical issue however, Pam claims that customers were deserted with no communication from staff for six hours.
