Tipping Point host Ben Shephard was left speechless as a contestant suddenly broke into song during the ITV quiz show and the interlude left viewers at home in disbelief too
Tipping Point's Ben Shephard couldn't hide his shock when a contestant burst into song in the middle of the game. The 49 year old host was introducing a new set of players on Tuesday's episode when one of them stopped playing to sing. Ben had just asked the group: "Right everybody ready. Hands on the buzzer. Here comes your first question. Which member of the royal family became first in line to the throne in September 2022? ".
Maureen sang out loud: "When there were no answers to them all if you love me, really love me, as I love you." A baffled Ben cut in: "Maureen there is drops going on here why are you serenading us." Her fellow contestants also giggled at the unexpected musical interlude, clearly entertained by the spontaneous performance as they looked on from their podiums. Hermoine from London and Rob from Bristol tried hard to keep their composure. Maureen unveiled her song's title as "The Answer to Everything."
