The building is located in New York’s trendy NoHo neighborhood and was developed by Broad Street Development. Renowned interior designer Ryan Korban, known for working with Kanye West and Alexander Wang, was responsible for the interiors of the units and amenity spaces.

From the living area, sliding glass doors open onto a private terrace, which is lined with lush plants from Edmund Hollander. Korban designed all spaces to be bright, and the materials echo this. The penthouse has warm floors made of Listone Giordano chevron French oak.
The penthouse, along with other remaining residences at 40 Bleecker, is available to see by appointment.
