Earlier this month, the former Brookside star said she tried a number of remedies but is at a loss at how to curb the conditio n. She said: 'I don't know.
I'm going to try and stick with it to see how I get on.' The NHS advises you should see a GP if 'you or your child have any symptoms of a food intolerance that keep coming back' It added: 'You may be referred to a food and nutrition specialist if a GP thinks you have a food intolerance. Tests you may have include: 'You may also be asked to keep a food and symptoms diary to help work out what may be triggering your symptoms.
