Viral American food reviewer Kalani Ghost Hunter was all at sea when Scots celebrity chef Dean Banks took him lobster fishing for a new video premiering tonight on YouTube – where Dean reveals for the first time the secrets of his iconic crustacean dish.
“Going behind the scenes with a guy like Dean and cooking his iconic dish with him in his kitchen was a once in a lifetime experience – seeing the intensity and passion that goes into food at that level. “People love his reviews and videos because they’re so honest and genuine and that’s exactly how he is in real life.
“It was an amazing experience and Sav and I are really grateful to Dean for inviting us into his life and his kitchen – he’s become a good friend – and to Tommy for taking us all out on his boat,” he said. Top TV news Kalani will definitely be back in Arbroath and St Andrews – and while he admits it was nerve wracking cooking for Dean, he’s definitely up for doing it again.
