Larne manager Tiernan Lynch is reportedly being considered for vacant managerial positions at St Johnstone and Hearts after leading Larne to back-to-back Irish Premiership titles and the UEFA Conference League group stages.

Aberdeen coach Peter Leven and Scott Brown, whose Ayr United side are top of the Championship are also frontrunners for the post.

“He is by far the best manager I have worked with. He’s relentless in trying to improve himself and to drag the club forward. The only surprise is he has not had more solid offers because he is superb.”
