The Parisians' asking price is still said to be a sticking point although United are reportedly still in talks to seal a deal.
With United's need for Ugarte, the club may have to sacrifice receiving a transfer fee for Sancho by offering the 24-year-old as part of a swap deal. Depending on how United begin the new season, their need for a player in Ugarte's position may become desperate.
