The clear skies and pleasant temperatures are set to continue into next week, with another warm day predicted tomorrow before temperatures drop slightly but warm up again in time for next weekend.
The Met Office said Monday will remain "largely dry for most with some sunny spells, though with the odd shower possible during the afternoon". However, forecasts in Greater Manchester don't show any rain at the moment.Temperatures are set to hit 20C in Manchester and Rochdale and up to 19C or 18C in other boroughs. Tuesday and Wednesday look only slightly cooler with average temperatures around 16C, but Thursday is set to see temperatures creep back up to 19C in most areas.
The Met Office said next week will see "plenty of settled weather with variable amounts of cloud and sunny spells". It added that predicted temperatures are likely to be around average for the time of year. Looking towards the end of the week, the Met Office said: "Northern regions more likely to experience cloud and possible light showers, with potential for thicker cloud and rain in the far north-west. Predominantly settled conditions are likely as the period progresses, with sunny spells for England and Wales.
