Scots singer Nina Nesbitt was 'thrilled' to have performed her new single at the AO Arena in Manchester for the Olympian Homecoming show.
Nina Nesbitt was "thrilled" to have played her 'love letter to Scotland' at Team GB’s Homecoming concert.
The 30 year-old pop star was dressed in a stunning Vivienne Westwood tartan dress paired with knee high black boots and her guitar - which if you look closely, you'll see it had embroidered the words ‘65 Coming Home’. Nina said on Instagram: “Shaking in my boots! Such a thrill to play ‘I’m Coming Home’ - a song I wrote while sat in my robe with my hair in a bun on top of my head at 10pm on my living room sofa with a bag of crisps - in a huge arena in front of all the Olympians for BBC’s Homecoming show.
I'm Coming Home was released a couple of months back, and Nina pledged her love for Scotland with its release. Speaking at the time, she said: "I’m Coming Home is finally out AND ours. This song is my love letter to growing up in Scotland but I hope it takes you down the old dirt roads that lead to wherever you call home…"
