The Nottingham's Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival is back, promising attendees over 600 draught beers and 140 ciders. This year's event expands onto the Trent Bridge turf for the first time to tackle overcrowding, featuring a new bar on the outfield and live entertainment across two stages.
Nottingham 's Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival returns this year bringing attendees hundreds of beers and ciders to choose from. The celebrations will start on Wednesday, October 9, and conclude with a party on Saturday, October 12.
Commercial Director for Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, Michael Temple, said: "We’re always seeking ways to make our staging of the Beer Festival bigger and better – and hosting a bar on the outfield was the obvious next step. This opportunity to extend the event onto the field will bring something new to the experience for seasoned festivalgoers and regular visitors to Trent Bridge alike.
The event will not be limited to producers local to the East Midlands, however, as organisers will also host a bar full of beer from Wales, and one from Dorset and Devon. The options expand even further afield, as 18 casks of beer have also been shipped from the USA and will feature on their own dedicated bar.
