Police want to speak to this man after 21-year-old 'stabbed multiple times' outside takeaway
Police investigating an alleged stabbing outside a Reddish takeaway have released CCTV footage of a man they wish to speak to. Greater Manchester Police says a 21-year-old man had been walking home towards Houldsworth Square with friends and his girlfriend when he became involved in an altercation with two males on Broadstone Road.
Detectives are still investigating the attack, which took place at around 1am on June 6, 2021. This week, GMP has released CCTV footage of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the incident. A spokesperson for GMP Stockport wrote on Facebook: "Officers have released CCTV image of a man they wish to speak with following a serious assault of a man in his 20s on Broadstone Road, North Reddish in Stockport in June 2021. One man has previously been arrested in connection with this incident and our enquiries are ongoing.
