The operation dubbed Op Vanquish saw officers tackle criminals wanted for acquisitive crime, namely burglary, vehicle crime and weapons offences
Dozens of people were arrested across Preston last month on a number of charges following a crackdown operation.
These included 22 people arrested on suspicion of burglary and 10 for robbery. Twelve others were also brought in and questioned on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon.Sgt Scott Archer, from Preston Police, said: “These arrests send a clear message – we will not tolerate criminal activity in our county, and we will relentlessly pursue those suspected of committing a crime.
