Stuart Kettlewell revels in dramatic 97th minute victory after Motherwell's injury struggles
Motherwell manager Stuart Kettlewell hailed his side's resilience in the face of adversity - after they ended a nightmare week on the injury front with a last-gasp victory over Kilmarnock.
So Kettlewell - who is on a nine-game unbeaten run in the Premiership - was thoroughly impressed by his side's mental fortitude. "There was a real, growing belief that we could actually get something out of the game, which was contrary to what we saw in the first 45 minutes. "But the body language of our players was still right and there was a response from them that we could still win the game."He got us up the pitch and showed his quality.
It may only be three games in but Kettlwell, whose side head to Hearts next weekend, is determined to keep the momentum going.
