An amazing achievement
A teenage racing driver has accelerated her incredible eight-year racing career, winning more than 120 trophies.
“I have done all of the marketing myself. The feeling you get on the track you can’t describe. I really enjoy the competitive element and I like to be up there and winning. George Russell started at the same level I did and raced in a Peugeot 206, which is similar to what I raced in, and I thought if he can do it, I can too.”
Ashley can reach up to 100mph or more when racing and has experienced a few accidents along the way with crashes into walls and spins. However, she says that is all part and parcel of motorsport and remains determined to continue her racing dream.
