John Lewis has kicked off a massive summer sale, offering final markdowns on everything from homeware to beauty and clothing. Among the discounted items in the homeware section is a best-selling bedding set that some customers have described as 'like sleeping on a cloud'.
The product, part of the retailer's homeware brand, boasts an overall customer rating of 4.5 out of five. One satisfied customer wrote: "I have a bit of a pash for bees. My local football team is Brentford, also known as the Bees. "It's made of very high-grade cotton and while it's not cheap, it's one of the best investments because I know it's going to last me a very long time. It's like sleeping in a soft cloud!! Highly recommended."
However, not all fans were pleased, with one complaining that the stitching had come undone in six months. They revealed: "We bought this duvet set in store approximately 6 months ago and the stitching along the opening has come undone and one of the seams on a pillow has frayed leaving a hole. Not the quality expected from a John Lewis own product."
