A best-selling John Lewis dress is earning high praise from shoppers. The dress is from the British brand Boden and is named the Amelia dress. It is fitted around the bust and waist, with a flared skirt and short cap sleeves. It's priced at £50.
The knee-length dress is made from a 'whisper-weight' viscose blend, according to Boden. The model pairs it with elegant gold earrings, a matching necklace and tousled locks. Over in the reviews, one shopper said: "Love the fit of this, makes my waist look small and slight fullness below the waistline disguises my sometimes bigger than I like tummy! Feels very soft and comfortable when on and ordered another in a different colour.
A fourth concluded: "This is my first Amelie dress. If they were not out of stock I would have bought another. I ordered the cashmere rose in 6 petite. Beautiful print and fits perfectly." A second shopper also didn't like the fabric, writing: "Having bought and worn 2 Amelie dresses previously I was extremely disappointed with this item. The fabric was flimsy and felt cheap and the size was far too small- I ordered exactly the same size as last year- it felt as if the dress had been mid-sized or wrongly labelled."
