He is real person, I know it’s weird to say.“I know everyone puts him on a pedestal, but he gets off that pedestal, helps anyone. Rookies, wide receivers struggling with the playbook, he just says calm down and think about it like this.
“The first day I came I was starstruck, but he called me out by name, and said, ‘Q, I want to talk to you,’” Williams stated.
