Strictly Come Dancing star Wynne Evans has opened up on his impressive weight loss journey, revealing he's shed seven stone since his early days as the Go Compare man.
The singer revealed that after his radio show wraps at noon, he goes to dance rehearsals until late evening, saying, "it's pretty full on", reports Wales Online. "It made me very aware of being alone. And even though I was only 46 I had this irrational fear of dying on my own. I had very dark thoughts and very dark days where I would contemplate all sorts of terrible things."
At his heaviest, Wynne weighed in at 22 stone, during a period of mourning for his parents following their deaths and dealing with his marriage breakdown. He had tied the knot with ex-wife Tanwen back in 1999, but after 17 years, the couple went their separate ways in 2016.
