The former Nottingham Forest and England captain Stuart Pearce has made a cameo appearance in a new England football music video.
Pearce, 62, is seen kicking a ball and encouraging young players in the film for "England Together" by the Northampton singer-songwriter Maddox Jones. The song will raise money for a charity which uses football to support people struggling with their mental health.The video also included people from places like Kingsthorpe, Abington, Spinney Hill and SemilongHis follow-up single hit the top spot in the same chart, and BBC Introducing Northampton tipped him as "one to watch".The song's video - filmed in Northampton - starts with a young footballer receiving a new football which he kicks over a wall.
