Up until lockdown hit, I managed it. But in the midst of the pandemic, with health anxiety spiking, sleep has been a little harder to come by - and I'm not alone. According to research by NEOM, nearly 70% of people they quizzed had issues with sleep, with 93% saying they'd like to know more about how to better your sleep. With the help of sleep coach Nick Witton, they launched the Perfect Night's Sleep Plan - and we've grilled Nick for some of his top tips for nodding off.

Try doing that for 15 minute about half hour before bedtime. You can do it for longer than 15 minutes but it’s quite boring to do it on yourself and your thumbs will start aching. But if you feel like it, go for it!!”
