Los Angeles and New York City attracted the highest percentages of young Hispanic transplants, with 5.2% and 3.2% moving to those cities, respectively. across the U.S., including 18% from other cities in Texas and 16% from out-of-state areas such as Los Angeles, Chicago and Washington, D.C.
