The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman last month found the changes to the state pension age for women born in the 1950s were not communicated adequately
The WASPI petition has reached 150,000 signatures as campaigners urge Tory ministers to stop delaying over compensation.
Campaigners believe one woman affected by the scandal passes away every 13 minutes . Now 150,000 supporters have signed a petition asking for an urgent vote on the issue in the House of Commons. Many women born in the 1950s didn't know that the age when they could start getting their state pension was going up from 60 to 65, and then later to 66. This caused a lot of them to have money problems, and sadly, around 270,000 women passed away without ever getting their pension money or an apology.
