A seven-year battle to have a whistleblower lawsuit against the New York Waterway commuter ferry business heard ended when a federal court judge dismissed the final count on a technicality. The lawsuit by two former employees, Ivan Torres and Rafi Khatchikian, was initially filed in 2016 and amended in 2020.
