Moisture from former Hurricane Norma will bring Central Texas isolated to widely scattered rain chances for Monday and Tuesday.
As we head into Wednesday, we've got a frontal system that'll add more moisture and increase our rain chances for the middle of the week. As we head into Thursday, that frontal boundary could stall out a bit to our west, which would hamper our rainfall totals. But chances are higher for heavy rain in the Big Country, which includes areas such as San Angelo and Abilene – both part of the Highland Lakes system, so there may still be a benefit to Central Texas.When all is said and done, by the time we get to next Sunday, rainfall amounts each day look to be light.
