A woman has been pronounced dead at hospital after being found injured inside the John Lewis car park in Leicester city centre this morning
A woman has tragically died in hospital following an incident at the John Lewis car park opposite Highcross in Leicester city centre. The car park is now entirely closed, including the pedestrian footbridge that crosses the inner ring road.
The police have said, "The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for HM Coroner. Identification is a matter for the coroner."
