Trump provided no proof that he had “won the state.” Had it been Trump’s lawyers making this request, they would, in all likelihood, already be indicted. “Equal justice for all.” The unspoken corollary here is that under extreme gerrymandering like we see in Texas, the quality of candidates vying for state House, state Senate and U.S. House is less important.
